Upon transitioning from DC to the vibrant start-up scene in San Francisco, he quickly recognized a critical gap in the services available for early-stage, high-growth startups preparing for M&A and IPOs. This realization fueled the creation of BK Consulting Solutions, where Brandon’s passion for entrepreneurship and dedication to providing tailored legal and legislative services come together to empower startups on their path to success.
